Notice is given that a Special General Meeting of the members of the Young Australians Best Book Awards Council Inc (YABBA) will be held on Monday 5 August 2013 at 6:00pm at Inclusion Melbourne, 67 Sutherland Road Armadale 3143.
The meeting will be for the purpose of passing the following special resolution:
That YABBA adopts the Model Rules of the Young Australians Best Book Awards Council Incorporated in accordance with Section 50(4)(b) of the Consumer Affairs Victoria Associations Incorporation Reform Act 2012.
